v0.2: CPU + Browser Build

- CPU partner when playing solo.
- Browser build.
- Revive during the shop if dead.
- Press start/enter during gameplay to join the game.
- Added 2 music tracks (from one of my previous games [‘Tenebrific’])
- Always show HUD above players (HP, Name, Level)
- Added names to items
- Changed the heal item to hp regen
- Other small changes
