Tenebrific

Story

In this world of LIGHT and DARK, unrest between both sides have persisted throughout the millennia as they butted heads in the hopes of remaining the dominant species of the land. Finally, it all culminated in a war that ended with the side of the LIGHT as victors. Or so the story goes. It has been ages since there has been conflict between the two. In fact, the LIGHT have lived prosperously for centuries on the surface as the DARK hid and lied dormant, waiting, for one day...

Note from the creator

As per usual with jams, I did not get to add everything I wanted within the jam window. 2 key things I didn't have time for were adding more items and a final boss fight (however, you can loop infinitely like in Risk of Rain). Future updates

Since I enjoyed working on this project during the jam (and also didn't butcher it during the final moments of it), I'm gonna continue working on it in the future until I think its a complete game. Hopefully I'll be able to release v0.2.0 after the jam winners are announced (April 11th), which'll hopefully include new items, a boss, more things to do in levels, etc. Stay tuned for that!
